Project submission

Submit your Youth for Water & Climate project for review and feedback. Once it fulfills the necessary criteria, it will receive an YWC label and be placed on display under Projects for all our potential donors and partners to view and engage with.

The submission form is in English, but if you wish, you can fill in the form in the language of your choice among the accepted languages of the call for proposals (English, French, Spanish, German). 

*Please note that if the project is selected, communications will be in English. 

* This call aims to recognize efforts and further support active members of the 1MYAC community who have demonstrated their engagement and involvement, the applicant must have completed at least one 1MYAC standard action prior to the submission of the project.

Provide a good and complete snapshot of your project. Maximum 500 words.
o What are the goals and objectives of the project? o Who are the intended beneficiaries? Why were they chosen and how are they expected to benefit? o How will the impacts of the project be sustained after the end of the project? Is there potential for replication or scaling up and why? Maximum 300 words.
The expected Results should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound (SMART). Make sure you have the capacity to monitor the results. Maximum 500 words.
Please add a link to your project's video presentation (max 3 minutes). You can use any platform to upload your video (youtube, vimeo, etc). This will remain private, not published on the platform. It will be visible only upon agreement if you are selected as a grantee.

Partnership is key to the successful implementation of any initiative! Take the time to identify your partners and also the stakeholders involved in the implementation. o How you will work with them ? How can they contribute to your project ? Who are they (eg. schools, local government, NGO’s…) ? Maximum 200 words
o What is the issue to be addressed? o Is the team aware of other similar situations or projects and what lessons were drawn from them in designing the project? Maximum 200 words.
Describe the key activities that will be carried out. o How will you divide them between the different team members and the partners ? Maximum 300 words.
Describe the main milestone of your project. o What is the timeline / calendar for implementing the different activities and project phases ? Maximum 300 words.
Indicators which will be used to track the implementation of activities and the achievement of results and how they will be evaluated (how often, who ...). Maximum 300 words.
Indicate the main expenses of your project. Please specify all your sources of incomes and contributions. Don’t forget to include inkind contributions such as volunteer time.
